Gerry Ryan

Gerry spent more than 30 years with Strathclyde Police and trained as a Bowen practitioner. While serving he suffered an on-duty injury to his shoulder. Gerry had severely restricted shoulder movement which were treated by numerous manipulative therapies for two years with no improvement. However, after his second session of Bowen therapy, he regained full mobility and use of his shoulder, which convinced him of the value of Bowen therapy. In 2008, Gerry became a Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia (BTAA) practitioner, working with private and NHS clients. In August 2012 he successfully completed his Diploma in SBP 2 (Masters level Bowen Therapy).
